Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges or Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Call (773) 734-6268 to get an Online Return Authorization. Return or exchanged items must be new/unused and in the same condition as when purchased.  We do not accept back used products or appliances.  Professional products are purchased and used at your own risk.

NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS on hair, close-out items shears, blades (including clipper blades), clipper guards, shampoo bowl faucets, parts -which includes clipper parts, shampoo bowl parts and salon furnishing/equipment parts. Pre-Owned salon equipment and furniture are sold “AS IS” and are final sales unless otherwise stated in writing from our company. Electrical appliances have 14 day in-store warranty against manufacturer defects in accordance to the manufacturer’s warranty. After this time period, your warranty would be handled directly with the manufacturer. Close-out and final sale items are purchased and used at your own risk. There are no guarantees or warranties on any closeout or final sale items. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
